ORDERING AND SHIPPING

What’s in the box?

Every month will feature a new theme and includes vegan + organic + cruelty-free artisan-crafted products including essential oils, skincare, books, healthy snacks, jewelry, crystals, & other surprises with focus on personal development.  Each box contains the Kindred Collective, our mini-mag!

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can! Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.  You can choose 1, 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions for gifts.

What month will I start?

Order by the 27th of the month to receive the current month's box.

When will my box be shipped?

We ship between the 28th- 30th of each month.  You will receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $7.49 Flat Rate within the U.S. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  Keep checking back, it's on our list! 

How does billing work?

You are billed every month on the 7th.You can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. For refunds, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA.

Do you offer international delivery?

Not currently.  We will offer international delivery in the near future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Are payments secured?

Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.

I'm not able to login.

If you're experiencing problems trying to log in to the website, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in a wrong email address or password. You can always choose to create a new password if you wish.
